The 5 Essential Needs

 

The Essential Need is a very important piece of information needed in order to have a prosperous relationship. Your Essential Needs placed in an order of importance to oneself will give your significant other the information needed to care for you properly.

Mental Fortitude: is defined as the ability to focus on and execute solutions when in the face of uncertainty or adversity.

 

Emotional Intelligence: is defined as having the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.

 

Financial Literacy: is defined as the ability to understand and effectively use various financial skills, including personal financial management, budgeting, and investing.

 

Sexual Compatibility: is defined as the degree to which you and a partner are 'on the same page' in the bedroom. This includes our values, beliefs, desires, sex drive, preferences, kinks, and expectations around sex.

 

Physical Intimacy: is defined as sensual proximity or touching. It is an act or reaction, such as an expression of feelings, between people. Examples of physical intimacy include being inside someone's personal space, holding hands, hugging, kissing, caressing and sexual activity.
